- I do not recommend Joyce Aycock as a surgeon. I went to her for a reduction, wanting to go from a 32E to a C, she said this was attainable, but she only reduced me to a DD. I am still able to wear my same bras as before surgery. Her post op paper work showed she was targeting the wrong size (a D). She admitted that she failed to understand my size goals, even though I brought in pictures, a bra in my desired size, and told her the amount of reduction I was expecting. She offered poor options for revision, even though this was fully her mistake, which she admitted. Don't walk from her, run!
