- I made an appointment because I was hoping for some insight on issues I was going through so that I could figure out how to handle them. Unfortunately, though, the sessions ended up being more about making her feel good. I guess she needed to feel like she was helping, but, since all she did was try to get that confirmation, sessions were not helpful to me.
